Backstage Pass

For this mission, you will need to arm yourself better. You don't neeeeeed to, as you can do this mission without drawing your weapon at all, but the game wants you to, so do it anyway. First, go off to DB&R Weaponsmiths. Pick up a 416 Assault Rifle, then head out. Once you've stocked up, head out to the restricted construction site marked on your map.

 

Once outside the construction site, don't go barging in. Hack the cameras around the area to get a good view of the site and the guards in it.

   

To go the stealth route, start with a camera outside, and hack until you have a video feed from a camera inside. Once inside, jump from camera to camera until you find the guard on the second floor in the south corner. Hack his cellphone to get the secret access code.

If you want to go the brute force route, go in and take out guards. Watch out, because some guards can call for reinforcements. Going in guns blazing can turn into a huge firefight quick quickly. With that done, find one that has a cell phone you can hack. Hack the phone to get the security code you need.

With the code, you can find a cell phone lying out on a box to "Attract" a guard over. This guard happens to have a camera on his vest. Hack the camera as he walks over to the cell phone you hacked.

 

You'll find a box on the wall here that you can access, so do so. This will open up a hacking minigame. If you've played the BioShock hacking minigame or the game Pipe Dreams, it should be fairly straightforward. Line up the rotating pieces so that the blue data stream flows from the origin to the lock. Once the blue light hits the lock, hover over it and select it.

 

With the hacking successfully done, the camera feed will jump down to a server room. Make sure you watch the three video logs that can be found down here in the servers, then hack the main computer at the end of the hallway.

Once you've hacked into the server, it's time to leave. Either take out all of the guards, or simply run away.

After waking up, head outside. Use your cell phone to find someone who will be likely committing a crime. He's the guy on the second floor leaning against a balcony. Once you target him, hack his cell phone.

 

You now get an area where the crime he will commit will take place. Either drive or run across the street, and find a woman in a parking lot. Once targeting Nancy Didion, she will walk into a back alley.

 

Hide around the corner until they tell you to intervene. Once you get the go-ahead, rush in and beat the man with your baton. Done with that part!

 

Now hop into a car and drive North for a bit, you're going to your sister'shouse. Drive to the outside of the gate to her community for a quick cutscene.

 

With that done, open the gate and go up to your sister's house. It's the one with birthday balloons. Go around the side so you can get into the back yard. You'll talk to your sister and nephew for a bit now. Once done, head inside for more conversation.

 

Your sister gets a phone call, and it sounds really distressing. Hack into her phone to hear it, then talk to her about who is calling. She doesn't want you to help. Once you've been kicked out, hop into the car right in front of the house, and chase after the man who called your sister. He drives away in front of you, so give chase.

 

You need to take the prank caller down so keep driving after him. When the opportunity opens, take down the car with a traffic light hack. He'll get out of the car, so chase him down and finish him off.

 

You will then call Badboy17 who will look into the caller. Once that call is done, you've finished the mission.

Watch Dogs Walkthrough (Bottom of the Eighth) first mission

Watch Dogs starts with you in the locker room of the baseball stadium inChicago. You've caught up to the man responsible for killing your niece. Aim at him and pull the trigger to scare him, which does nothing.

 

After talking, he will try to attack you, so use the melee button to knock him back to the ground. Hack his phone and then loot the locker room. There are crafting supplies and cash around.

 

Head outside and you'll run into your pal Jordi Chin. Jordi takes out an enemy for you, then will take care of the guy who you just left in the locker room.

 

Now it's time to get out. Move forward down the hallway and then duck into cover. You'll find two police men looking at a body by a delivery van. Sneak by the van and make it up the ramp.

 

Climb on the dumpster to get to the double doors, but the door are locked. Hack into the security camera, then look above the door to hack into the next one.

 

Hack the other cameras in this room until you get a good look at a panel on the wall. Hack this panel to unlock the door. Move in and you will automatically take cover.

   

Go into your weapon wheel now and craft a Lure. Throw it at the marked spot on the wall, and hack it to activate it. The guard in the room will go investigate it, leaving you open to move up the stairs behind where he used to be.

 

Open some more doors and you come up in a sports bar. Sneak behind the bar, and nobody will notice you. Move into the hallway, and you'll find you are stuck. Two guards are on patrol directly in front of the door you need to get through.

 

Hack into the security camera in the other room, then hack into a second camera. Focus on the guard with the access code (the one in the grey jacket), and you'll be able to hack him to get a security code.

   

With the code, hack a panel on the wall to take you to the basement, then hack a computer down there. You will now be brought back to Aiden. Hold R1 to bring up the Blackout option. Activate it to create a huge distraction.

Move through the double glass doors now, sneaking past the guards. This is fairly easy to do, so don't worry about it too much. Keep moving through some doors, then head down the stairs to get to the other side of the room and outside. Now that you're outside, head down the stairs and go to the left.

 

Rush towards the garage where your car is parked. Once in the car, drive away from the police. Use your phone to hack traffic lights to throw off the cops. Eventually you'll escape from their pursuit. Once clear, drive back to your safe house marked on your map. It's a room in the Owl Motel. Get inside and watch the cutscene. When that is done, go to bed to end the mission.
